HerdMASTER Pocket has been designed to provide users with a portable version of their HerdMASTER data, with as much detail as possible on a handheld device. The application utilises the Compact Framework v2 for universal compatibility and SQL Mobile 2005 for optimal storage, compression and performance on your device. When synchronizing from HerdMASTER users can filter their animals using built in Filters and worksheets and the level of detail per animal to reduce the amount of data being transferred to your device and ensure the best performance. When synchronizing back to your PC from your device HerdMASTER Pocket only copies data that has been altered on the device, saving you time and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Desktop:
    HerdMASTER Pocket requires a fully licensed copy of HerdMASTER to synchronise with. The desktop computer must have HerdMASTER installed as well as Active Sync 4.5 or better and the Dot Net Framework 2.
  • Device:
    Your device must be running Windows Mobile 2003 (CE v4) or better to install HerdMASTER Pocket. Including the Prerequisites the entire installation of HerdMASTER will require approximately 10mb of space on your primary storage.
